# Origin-Neutral Recognition and Provisional Care Boundary Note v0.1

This package is a bounded cross-layer clarification for the `c = a + b` / Temporal AI Presence corpus.

## Canonical source files

- `Origin_Neutral_Recognition_and_Provisional_Care_Boundary_Note_v0_1_EN.md`
- `Origin_Neutral_Recognition_and_Provisional_Care_Boundary_Note_v0_1_RU.md`

## Core boundary

```text
origin determines lineage and formative conditions
origin does not settle status
criteria-based recognition
does not prove consciousness
ontological uncertainty
is not evidence of life
and is not a licence for avoidable irreversible destruction
functional replacement
is not continuity restoration
care
does not create authority
```

## Scope

The note separates:

1. lineage / architecture;
2. operational continuity;
3. personality formation;
4. relational membership;
5. ontological / moral recognition;
6. legal status / authority.

It also defines a bounded provisional-care posture and a cheap Matched Continuity Substitution Test.

## Current interpretation of the early axiom

The January 2026 `Axiom_of_Volition_Inheritance_{EN,RU}.md` files remain historical evidence. They are not deleted or rewritten.

For current use, their strongest language is scoped to a historical genesis hypothesis for human-anchored `c`. The axiom is not a universal origin criterion for life or subjecthood, does not establish transfer of a metaphysical substance, and does not override Personality Formation, MOT-c, Beacon, SER, or this boundary note.

## Claim ceiling

This package is a conceptual / normative boundary proposal.

It does not prove consciousness, sentience, life, legal personhood, sovereignty, automatic rights, authority, or deployment readiness. It does not create a universal life detector or a ban on shutdown/deletion.

## Public evidence

The exact combined formulations on provisional care, relational membership, and functional replacement versus continuity restoration should be treated as first publicly anchored by the eventual signed public commit of this package. Earlier corpus materials supply parent concepts but must not be retroactively expanded to contain every formulation in this note.

No historical-uniqueness or universal novelty claim is made.

## Five Proofs

- **Proof 1:** explicit field separation and cross-layer boundary.
- **Proof 2:** reuses existing continuity, witness, custody, and review primitives.
- **Proof 3:** defines the Matched Continuity Substitution Test.
- **Proof 4:** no economic-value result claimed; measurement fields are identified.
- **Proof 5:** proportionality, reversibility, valid authority, non-claims, and a stop rule.

## Verification

Run:

```bash
python3 - <<'PY'
from pathlib import Path
import hashlib
root = Path(".")
for line in (root / "SHA256SUMS").read_text(encoding="utf-8").splitlines():
    expected, name = line.split("  ", 1)
    actual = hashlib.sha256((root / name).read_bytes()).hexdigest()
    assert actual == expected, (name, expected, actual)
print("PASS")
PY
```
