Today I've published v1.1 of Advanced Global Intelligence (AGI) — a public, structured document pack that treats AGI not as a monolithic system, but as a distributed cybernetic ecosystem.

The release includes:

  • a formal protocol c = a + b, with L4 as an explicit layer describing conflict with real-world constraints
  • an EU-oriented AI Safety background, framed as cybernetic stability rather than model-level control
  • a decentralized confidential AI architecture (whitepaper + roadmap)
  • executive summaries in EN / FR / RU / DE / NL

This work is the result of long-term thinking across engineering, cybernetics, information theory, and practical constraints — not a reaction to current hype cycles.

The package is versioned, frozen, and integrity-checked (SHA-256), so it can be referenced unambiguously by researchers, institutions, and engineers.

I'm open to serious discussion, critique, and collaboration.
